Is it all about you?
Even though family is one of Banner Church’s main focus, we realize that not everything is done together as a family and that each person needs to be able to relate to a group of people that are most like them. A group of people that share the same interests, that can learn from each other, create relationships and to share things that you may not be ready to share with your family yet. By breaking down into people groups it allows men to learn from men, women to learn women, and teens to learn from each other. They are then equipped and more informed to engage their families in some of life’s issues that can be difficult to understand.
There are many small groups at Banner Church and it’s finding which one fit’s you. Men’s groups, women’s groups, single’s groups, couples, teens? Maybe for now it is no group and you are still checking some of them out. We want to encourage you and help you find a group that fits you, whether it is a study group or part of a volunteer group, part of attending Banner Church is getting involved with a group in one way shape or form and join Christ were He is at work.
We believe that small groups is an element of strengthening families as we come to know Jesus more intimately and help others know him in a life-changing way. For that reason we are constantly evaluating the ministry opportunities we offer. While some of them come and go, our end goal is always the same and we will always do what we feel will get us there.
