Banner Church has an Elder Directed – Senior Pastor Lead – Team Leader driven model of Church Governance. What this means is that the Church Elders, which includes the Senior Pastor, lead, guide and direct the over all governance of the church from making decisions and to financial oversight. Then from the Elders the Senior Pastor implements those decisions made in and through out the church with direct oversight of the church ministry and Team Leaders. The Team Leaders then take the direction and lead the particular ministry that they oversee.
